COVID-19 Staff Interview Questionnaire

​As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve and spreads globally, Homadorma continues to monitor the situation closely and will periodically update company guidelines based on current recommendations from the Government of Canada and the World Health Organization. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure, we are conducting a simple screening questionnaire for hosts.

These questions must be answered truthfully and fully and submitted to Homadorma before we confirm your staff interview scheduling.
