How the Online Virtual Interview works
Step 1: Update the homestay profile

Host submits high quality photos to Homadorma for verification.

Step 2: Identification submission
Host submits the identification copy via email
Step 3: ID and address verification
Homadorma staff verify the ID and address information
Step 4: Interview scheduling
Once the ID and address are verified, Homadorma staff interviewers will contact the host to schedule an online interview
Step 5: Interviewing
The host needs to attend the interview at all time
The host will be asked to turn on the camera of the mobile device at all time
The host will give the staff interviewer a home tour, including the home entrance and the space that accessible by students
Staff interviewer will verify the ID and address information with the host
Step 6: Rating and feedbacks
Staff interviewer will complete a survey that documents the interview. The comment will show up on your profile Public View page
Cancellation policy
48-hour notice is mandatory if you can't make to the scheduled homestay staff interview appointment.
